► Have you lost your Flying Blue Petroleum card?

To get a new Flying Blue Card, please fill out a request form online. You will receive it within a month. While waiting to receive your card, you can continue to earn Miles and still benefit from dedicated Flying Blue Petroleum member services by providing your membership number when you make a reservation.
