To perfect this experience, Air France consulted "Studio Culinaire Servair" presided by
Joël Robuchon, the chef with the greatest number of Michelin stars in 2009, accompanied by
Guy Martin, the star chef from Grand Véfour restaurant and Jacques Le Divellec advisory chef for Servair. Together, for flights leaving Paris, they are helping to develop the menus, by selecting the products and recipes that make up the La Première menu. The same high standards are also applied to flights leaving international stopovers.
